Sky Pasqual is a NYC based choreographer and dance artist. She is originally from San Diego, California where she trained at Danceology Performing Arts Campus. Sky furthered her studies at UC Santa Barbara in which she graduated with degrees in dance and economics and accounting. She has performed with companies such as Santa Barbara Dance Theatre, UCSB’s international touring dance company, and The Sound Between  where she worked with choreographers such as Helen Simoneau, Rosie Herrera, Eric Parra, Levi Marsman, Natasha Adorlee, and Alice Condodina. She is currently a company member of Pocket Fuel Groovers and Samaw Dance Company. Sky’s choreography has been performed nationally in New York City, Pittsburgh, Santa Barbara and internationally in Poland, Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Spain. Her choreography has been featured in venues such as Hatlen Theater, Green Space, Arts on Site, Cre8Dance, KnJ Theater at Peridance Presents, and Gibney Theater. She is a recipient of the 2026 New Choreographer Grant awarded by Eryc Taylor Dance. She is the co-founder, co-artistic director, and choreographer of the The Lamp Dance Theatre.

With a deep interest in dance theater, Sky is particularly focused on blending dance and acting to create emotionally resonant narratives. Through her work, Sky aspires to create meaningful spaces for artists to explore and express their individuality, using storytelling and collaboration to foster creativity and genuine connection. She believes in art’s ability to forge community, using dance and theater as tools to explore shared experiences.
